Megaupload Trial Results
I have modified the Megaupload upload bot after reviewing the result of the recent trial. For the moment, Megaupload will only be active during the AM hours (12AM-12PM CET).

There's already MU links through UJ. We want NL back, please.

the MU links through UJ , are 100mb , through sceneddl , they are 200mb , 200mb is much more convienent
I agree, 200mb is by far an improvement. Plus click&download is easier than using it through UJ.
just keep them MU and RS all the time.

NL often stops working completely and slows the queue down to a crawl, which is why it is sometimes disabled.
jay is right, lately NL sux completely, while MU is more reliable since long time, besides that i prefer 350mb links to MU...
MU is where it's at. Always get wicked speed, plus you don't have to wait between parts, you can finish then start another d/l right away. If only everyone used MU :(

RS sux right now it is halting the queue
i wish you modify the code to post the UJ and whatever and then when the RS is ready make changes
rapidshare and hotfile are the best :> i mean best for free users that doesn't have premium accounts...
For free users I thought zshare is best
zshare is best for free and no limit on number and speed
RS till this time is stuck and slowing down the posting significantly
plus UJ is good on JDownloader
I use RS and have no problems with speeds or downloads. MU is also brilliant, no waiting between downloads and you can download whole 350mb pgms in one go.
Must admit I only use RS but I can see no problem with MU as long as it uploads well for you.
Someone pushing hotfile..duh speeds between 5 and 60k, awful service, clearly collecters. Uploadjockey is a tedious bonanza of advertising pop ups. Personally i have a strong preference for Megaupload links, size wise you could upload a 700 mb movie in one go, but i guess that would cut into your rapidshare points..(wink) Then there is sharebee..great alternative for uploadjockey.
Rapidshare is sustainable because collectors accounts are free. If we were to upload larger file it would require us to use premium accounts, and with the volume of files we upload it would cost us a silly ammount each month. We currently have over 20 full collectors accounts for the files uploaded so far.
If we were ever to increase the split part size, it would preferably be to a size that all the services support to maintain interchangability.

I really don't see the need for interchangeable links anymore when you consider the fact that MU allows us free users to download a whole 700MB file with one link. I guess the only downside to single-click links is that it means fewer click points for SceneDDL.

Files over 100mb don't earn reward points.

If that's the case, then they may as well drop the 200MB links and switch to one click links. They could always put the links behind LinkBuck$ or something to generate some revenue (possibly a necessary evil).
I don't know about other people but as a free user, I always shop the various sites for the right combination of number of links, server speed, and wait time. One click MU links are always welcome.
MU is a good, especially with RS acting totally stupid these days.

They only people that say RS is the best are the people that have paid for premium accounts.
I get speeds of up to 2.2 megabytes/sec with a FREE account. I've never gotten such speed with any other filehoster.

I think MediaFire is a great idea. Nice speed, but the only downturn is 100MB split archives..

You could also use sharebee while uploadjockey is down...
i wonder why UJ is down... try using Gazup.. they also give revenue.
MU is the best of other hosts with UJ...on other servers u cant get high transfer ;/ on MU u can get at least 2mb/s or higher and it's free and working good with jDownloader. You should uploading on RS and MU :P netload has 1h limits and it's giving max 400kb/s ;/

I'm getting only about 300KB/s from MU but it's a decent file hoster.
File size limit should be used fully, though.
RS only gives about 30KB/s most of the time.
on rs premium - full ofc but what happened with UJ? and MU links comes time to time ;/ in 3 movies there are and in other there aren't ;/
if UJ is not working plx upload on rs and mu ;p

No wait between files
No banner ads, only 1 popup
And, just recently, you no longer have to wait an arbitrary amount of time after entering the captcha before you can download the file.
I've seen other free services that are as good as MU on a few of those points, but taken together, nothing else comes close.
Would be great to get 1 or 2 MU links and not 6 or 12...
use mu. rs is acting shit lately.but plz keep the 200mb file splits.
The best for me Megaupload, but rapidshare would like to continue, think also in Megashares inconvenience and the only limit is 500 MB for free users.

bunch of clowns don't know the difference between megabytes and megabits... 2.2 megabytes per second is the equivalent to 8GB/hour... trust me, you're getting 2.2 mega - BITS, not bytes... remember, 2 bits to a nybble, 4 nybbles to a byte...
